Proxy Goblin is a tool for finding raw proxies, and there is a module to test the proxies as well.

Personally, I like Proxyfire for testing proxies, but this Proxy Goblin is sweet for getting a huge list of proxies like over high.

Download Proxy Goblin

1. install
2. copy contents of crack folder to c:/program files/molura/proxy goblin/ (overwrite)
3. Start proxy goblin
4. grab tons of proxies
